Mushrooms with a built-in roommate.
These round, pale mushrooms are a seasonal favorite among Faunids. World-renowned for their soft texture and subtle flavor when cooked fresh. Their whimsical name comes from the mouse-sized holes often chewed into them - perfect little doorways for the small creatures who like to nest inside. While harmless when young, mature fairy mushrooms should be avoided, as they become tough and bitter with age.
